    HPX® Rupture Disc
    The HPX® Rupture Disc (Bursting Disc) is a scored reverse acting rupture disc (bursting disc). This differential pressure relief device features an instantaneous full-open relief area for protecting equipment, vessels, systems and people from an overpressure condition. These high precision reverse acting rupture discs (bursting discs) offer proven performance in excess of 250,000 cycles at 95% operating ratio.

    Nominal Size Range: 1 " - 12" ( 25 mm - 300 mm ) 

    Burst Pressure Range: 10 psig- 2000 psig ( 0,69 barg - 138 barg )

    Recommended Operating Ratio: 90 or 95 percent of the rupture disc’s rated (stamped) burst pressure

    Available Maximum Temperature Limit: 1000° F (538° C)

    Material(s): 316 SS, 316L SS, Alloy C276, Nickel, Alloy 400 and Alloy 600 

    Seating Configuration:Flat Seat 

    Service:Liquid or Gas
