    SANITRX HPX® Rupture Disc
    The SANITRX HPX® Rupture Disc (bursting disc) is a scored reverse acting rupture disc (bursting disc) designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and biotech industries. This differential pressure relief device features an instantaneous full-open relief area for protecting equipment, vessels, systems and people from an overpressure condition. This high precision reverse acting rupture disc (bursting disc) offers proven performance in excess of 250,000 cycles at a 95% operating ratio.

    Nominal Size Range: 1 " - 3 " ( 25 mm - 80 mm ) 

    Burst Pressure Range: 10 psig- 250 psig ( 0,69 barg - 17,2 barg ) 

    Recommended Operating Ratio: 90 or 95 percent of the rupture disc’s rated (stamped) burst pressure

    Available Maximum Temperature Limit: 450° F (232° C)

    Material(s): 316 SS, 316L SS, Alloy C276, Nickel, Ally 400 and Alloy 600

    Seating Configuration: Standard Sanitary Ferrule

    Service: Liquid or Gas
