KEYPOINT furnish with the Completion/Commissioning Services for the Overseas petro-chemical projects, which mainly including Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning/Start-up, Trial-run and the Operating / Maintenance personnel training.

一、Completion/Commissioning Services Scope:

Pre-commissioning

the performance of loop tests and static-, de-energized-, (“cold-”) functional tests for equipment and components, to ensure that the functional conditions conform to the designed purpose and intended service

Commissioning

activities will include the preparatory works and checks prior to the introduction of hydrocarbons and the subsequent introduction of hydrocarbons into the system and the performance of functional and leak tests (“hot”).

Start-up

include the actual start-up and running of process equipment (typically in close loop) and the performance of operational tests so as to achieve and demonstrate the readiness of the Project for the performance of Trial Operation

Trial Operation

the duration of this period shall be fifteen (15) successive days which may be prolonged if required to complete relevant tests, such as the reliability and performance tests that shall be completed during the trial operation phase

Training

Mainly include the Operator Classroom Knowledge Training and the Operator On-Job Practical Training during the Completion / Commissioning process
