一、PSM

Definition:：

Integrated PSM system will reduce personnel harmfulness, avoid huge property loss, eliminate and decrease hidden danger in process system, increase reliability of process equipments, reduce unnecessary shut-down and increase operating efficient.

Characteristic:

A basic of process safety is preventing process safety material (or energy) leaking. The process safety is a part of HSE management system, but it is a different concept from traditional safety, the emphasis of this system is own process system and device.

二、Equipments maintenance

Including good technical status of mechanical equipments, instruments, valves, interlock warning, pressure vessel and pressure piping etc. Decreasing disorderly shut-down of machine, increasing serviceability rate and use ratio of machine, decreasing physical deterioration, extend working life of machine, reducing equipments cost of operation and maintenance.
